After completing the course, she started her own business called Bliss Diamonds. The name of the company was inspired by the idea of blissful living. Richa wanted the name of her company to be something that would make people smile. Bliss Diamonds specializes in customizing real diamond jewellery. Richa has learned over the years that the key to success in this business is delivering on promises and providing quality products. Maintaining a good reputation is essential in order to gain new customers and retain existing ones. The inspiration behind Bliss Diamonds is seeing the joy on clients’ faces when they receive their custom-made pieces — knowing that she was able to bring their vision to life. It’s this satisfaction that drives the designer to continue creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind diamond jewellery.
Richa always wanted to do something creative, like being an engineer or coding software. But her father suggested she could try jewelry designing instead. She researched and found it interesting, so she decided to take a crash course in it. After getting more into it, she realised that there was a need for customized jewelry that was not being met by any other jewellers. She also saw that there was lack of online presence for jewelry brands. So she decided to start her own website and sell her products online. Within six to seven months, she had a functioning website and enough products to sell. She then registered her brand on e-commerce platforms like Flipkart and Amazon. Now her brand has a presence all over the internet.
