Watches are an important part of our fashion and play a significant role in our personality and taste. To keep the personality and make people more aware about watches, Ibraheem started with Watch Care. A brand which aims to refurbish the pre-owned vintage watches which pre-exist in the market. His hard work combined with the honesty and productivity of his team has made the service grow to where it is currently and his vision to make people aware of watches is what makes him stand out.

He started to work in this field at the end of November 2016, when he brought a new bike which he used to carry tools and trading items and went on like this till December 2019. The launch of business was with parts sourcing of Rolex and then he moved to pre-owned watches like Seiko and Fossils and by the end of 2019, he worked on watches like the Rolex and the Omega.

In February 2020, he took over his father’s (who also was one of the biggest inspirations of his) shop and prepared it as a workshop for watches. During that time lockdown hit, he saw a contrary result in the business as it flourished during the lockdown period and received a huge traffic through his Instagram page.

This opened up a whole new world for him because for the past few years that he had been working he received a genuine offline customer traffic which made his journey, from home to shop and then back home again making it monotonous but social media turned out to be very beneficial to him.

Being a small scale business with a strength of just 6 people, the dream that they carry and the ones they fulfill is huge, refurbishing pre owned vintage watches which deserve another chance to work properly and add value to an individual’s life. But not just that, providing of high quality service with a smiling face at a lower price, including a warranty period of 14 months and most importantly, talking with the client regarding his/her queries about the watches personally by Ibraheem himself is what makes Watch Care stand out from other competitors in this field.

Leaving off with a few advice for the young entrepreneur who aspires to start a business like this were to be consistent, stay calm and most importantly be transparent. Being honest and genuine to your customers is something one should particularly focus on.
